I am so excited that I found two new tables at a flea market on Sunday. My mom refinishes furniture so I am lucky she can whip these old tables to look like new for me.
Don’t worry Tomato recipes will not become a regular occurrence because I do not like tomatoes. Actually for a vegetarian there are quite a few veggies I dislike, tomatoes, beets, and mushrooms being the main ones. I hope one day I can stomach them.
There is one way I can eat a tomato and that is when it is covered with pesto and parmesan cheese then baked in the oven. Even though I eat a raw salad everyday I love to mix it up with roasted veggies when I can. I also recently read this post by Purely Twins that discusses the ways to prevent bloating and gas. The first suggestion is to stop eating so many salads and roast the vegetables. I also thought it was interesting that it said fat free options like rice cakes were the devil when it comes to bloating.
I got promoted a few weeks ago and started the new role on Monday. I was happy to find moose tracks in my freezer when I got home. Mondays are always super stressful! I am in school part time for my MBA so I feel like an extra 4 hours in each day would be much appreciated!
