Oh my dear. I can’t believe it is the end of August and almost the end of summer. Summer is by far my favorite season and it is quite depressing that it’s coming to an end.
August 31st also marks then end of my 31 day workout challenge. I think I mentioned it before, but a few girls and I are sharing our workouts on to try to reach 31 workouts in 31 days! I am proud of myself for working out every day in August! Did I give 100% every workout? Absolutely not. In September I would like to focus more on having 3-5 memorable workouts instead of simple and quick ones. This will also involve me getting out of bed right when my alarm goes off in the morning.
I completed this workout from Peanut Butter Fingers. I decided to run a lap on the treadmill instead of jumping rope. I don’t have much room in the basement to do that. I will definitely be completing this workout again! I loved all the arm moves except push ups of course.
**Do you like to jump rope to workout? I had to do it a few times in crossfit and it is so hard! Especially when you don’t have your own jump rope.
