I definitely spent a little to much time in the sun this weekend because I am exhausted. Saturday morning, I ran 5 miles and didn’t leave the house until after 8am. Major mistake as it was blaring sun and already 75 degrees. I toughed it out though.
After that, I made a quick Vega shake, stretched and got to work on a appetizer for our friends pool party. I stumbled upon these fresh snacks. I used a melon baller and scooped out some of the seeds. I chopped up the tomatoes the night before to save a little time. I didn’t have a piping bag so I had to make due with a ziploc bag. It definitely wasn’t as pretty as pinterest but it worked. These were a refreshing treat for a hot day.
Got to see my baby sister for a minute!
We are ridiculous.
Sunday included making cookies and watching the olympics. I also did the power strength extreme workout.
